1- Reimbursement Methods
We offer two refund options for validated returns.

Option 1: You will receive a refund to your customer account for the total amount of your order (including shipping costs)
Advantage : immediate refund, no validity period. Automatically deducted from your next purchase.

Option 2: Refund to the original payment method. If you request a refund (on an eligible item) for an order with free shipping, the flat rate shipping cost (e.g. €5.90) will be automatically deducted from the refunded amount.
In additional training :
By default, the refund is made automatically to the customer account (option 1).
For option 2, please tick the appropriate box on the return form.
2- Return and Repackaging Costs
We understand that you may not be satisfied with an item, and that's perfectly normal. However, just as you appreciate receiving your orders in perfect condition, we expect returned products to be treated with the same respect. We take care to carefully package and prepare each item for you, and we ask that you do the same when making a return.
Initial shipping costs
- Initial shipping costs are non-refundable as they are independent of the item.
Reconditioning costs
- If the returned item does not meet the return conditions (product not in its original condition, missing label, balled up product, torn packaging, etc.), a reconditioning fee of 15% may be applied to have the product restored by an agent. In cases of obvious abuse, the items will be returned to the sender without any responsibility on our part.
We want everything to be done with mutual respect, as you would expect as a customer.
3- Product received damaged, defective or missing?
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or missing parts, you have 72 hours to contact us and provide detailed photos or videos of the item and its packaging. After this period, the product will be considered compliant and we will no longer be able to accept any complaints.
We also ask that you keep all items related to the order , including the shipping packaging and accessories. These items may be required to verify certain information. If you do not provide these items, we reserve the right to refuse your request.
4- Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been accepted or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed within 2 to 5 business days depending on your bank.
5- Policy regarding Group Offers and Discounts
We regularly offer bundled discounts, such as 15% or 20% off when you buy 2 or 3 items. If you return one of these items and request a cash refund, the discount applied to your entire order will be canceled and the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
Additionally, if your order includes complimentary gifts for purchases over €100, you must return the entire item to receive a full refund. If the gifts are not returned with the items, their value will be deducted from the total refund.
6- SALE Items: Not Eligible for Return
Items purchased during SALE periods are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. Final SALE items will always be clearly indicated on the product sheet for the relevant item. This policy applies only to SALE items and does not apply to items with temporary promotions or discounts, which remain subject to our regular return policy.
