Castrol React Performance DOT 4 is a specific brake fluid designed to be an alternative to DOT 5.1 fluids used in high temperatures. The improved characteristics of this brake fluid are most effective under extreme operating conditions and when immediate response from the braking system is essential. Suitable for the constraints of urban driving, fast driving or in mountainous regions, where braking systems are subject to high thermal stress. Designed for use in all types of braking systems operating under the most severe conditions, even in sports use. This product has been formulated from a blend of polyakene glycol ethers and borate esters, high performance additives and inhibitors that provide absolute protection against the effects of corrosion and the formation of vapor buffers at high temperatures. High boiling point synthetic brake fluid that far exceeds SAE J1704, FMVSS 116 DOT 3 and DOT 4, ISO 4925 and JIS K2233 performance levels. Kinematic viscosity at -40°C = 1200 mm²/s (IP71 method) Density at 20°C = 1.07 g/ml (IP160 method)
