LEGAL DEADLINES
→ In accordance with the legal provisions in force, each customer who wishes to return an item ( eligible ) has 30 days from the date of receipt of the order to make your return request.
For this, the customer is required to submit to us a request via the contact form, indicating the order number .
After communication of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal within this 30-day period, and validation of our service, you have another period of 14 days to return the product(s) concerned by the withdrawal. After this period, no complaints will be taken into account.
RETURN AGREEMENT
The return of goods can only be made after prior written agreement from LE Pratique du Motard after-sales service, upon a written request from the Customer mentioning the reference order, and within the framework of the legal conditions.
To be processed, each return must be returned with the return form sent by Le Pratique du Motard.
Without this form, the return will remain unprocessed, and will remain available to the Customer in our warehouses for one year, at the end of which the package will be destroyed without any compensation being due to the Customer.
CONDITION
A return can only be made on new goods that have never been used, in good condition, and in the original packaging.
The goods must not have been damaged in any way and the packaging must not contain additional labels or traces of writing.
Products not specific to a particular vehicle model (batteries, spark plugs, lamps, oils, bearings, etc.) as well as all so-called “motorcyclist” products ( helmets, motorcycle jackets ) cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene, except failure, quality defect, hidden defect reported and recognized by the Practical Biker or error on its part.
Personalized products, jewelry, bracelets, custom rings, as well as personalized T-shirts, sweatshirts or jackets with on-demand printing (design flocking or other) cannot be returned.
REIMBURSEMENT DETAILS AND VOUCHERS
1. Standard Reimbursement Terms: By default, any refund will be made in the form of a credit.
If you prefer a refund on the original payment method used during the purchase, and your item is eligible, please inform us by email at support-client@lepratique-du-motard.fr .
Exchanged orders or items returned/exchanged due to manufacturer defect are not subject to a restocking fee. The balance will be refunded after deducting the fees applicable to the original order.
2. Refundable Amount: Only the final price paid (after any discounts) will be refunded. Discount codes or vouchers used are not re-issued and are non-refundable.
3. Shipping Costs: When shipping costs are charged (in the absence of free delivery), they cannot be refunded because they are independent of the product.
4. Gift Card Reimbursement: For refunds made in the form of a gift card, we not only include the total amount of the purchase (including shipping costs, if applicable) but also offer a small surcharge to cover return shipping costs.
5. Money Reimbursement: If you opt for a cash refund, the refunded value will only correspond to the price of the item, excluding shipping costs. For example, for an item costing €25 with €3.79 shipping costs, the cash refund will be €25. As a gift card, it will be €31.79 (€25 + €3.79 + €3).
6. Exceptions for Size or Other Changes: This policy does not apply to exchanges for size changes or other similar adjustments.

PROCEDURE

- Print and fill it out: Return form
- Send your article accompanied by the form to the address that we will communicate to you by email.
The package must be franked and sent via Colis Suivi and you will be required to have the tracking number for any complaints.
After receipt and inspection of the item in our warehouses, we will reimburse you according to your choice. If no notification, we will proceed to standard refund in the form of a voucher.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer .
You have received your broken or faulty item:
→ If an item presents a manufacturing defect or non-conformity, it is imperative to contact us within 72 hours of receipt of the order , providing us with as many elements as possible such as: photo video of the item the item, the condition of the package, the defect noted, etc.
Beyond this period, the order is deemed to be compliant.
